Our story
Triangle Home Concierge was born during a meeting in Chicago. I had traveled from Raleigh and my boss was in from Houston. During breakfast in the hotel before a client meeting, my Boss' phone dinged. Then, a flash of panic. "Oh no. I'm having an oven delivered today."
There was nobody at home to help. My boss' wife had a day of surgeries to perform. His kids were in school. Our planning went on pause until he could find a proxy. After disruption and frustration, the father-in-law saved the day. We ended up losing that client. I still blame the oven delivery.
Busy professionals have the means and desire to manage their property at a high level but making space for family, their demanding work lives, and desire for time to enjoy hobbies crowd out vendor screening and scheduling. Calling for maintenance on the heater is a low value task...until it breaks in February.

To get three quotes and schedule service, a homeowner needs to find and contact as many as 6 vendors. Many will require a property visit and meeting before quoting. Finding a vendor to enrich can become a part time job.
Other service providers who claim concierge level service are power washers dressed up with unlimited service. Surely there is value in this approach, but these packages leave out critical home systems and vital services for busy homeowners.
